Hey my name is John but most know me as Jay! I was born and raised in Houston, Texas. My fitness journey started when I was a bored college student that discovered a gym within walking distance. With years of training and an athletic background I was able to compete and win in the NPC leading me to the illusive UNDEFEATED IFBB PRO status at Nationals 17'. I am 26 years old, a co-owner of a company, online coach, and creator of "E.A.T". My goal is simple, to inspire you to take the proper steps to set yourself up for SUCCESS!
